Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing.
• Georgia RN license required.
• BCLS certification required.
• 1 year hospital experience preferred; new graduates eligible.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments including history, physicals, and health data.
• Develop and implement a plan of care in collaboration with the care team.
• Coordinate care and communicate with physicians, pharmacists, and therapists.
• Document accurately in patient records and ensure quality outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education and discharge planning.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of support staff on the unit.
