MUSC Health is seeking a Registered Nurse II (PRN) to provide individualized, goal-directed patient care on the MedSurg 2nd Floor. The role requires an Associate degree in nursing and SC RN licensure, with ACLS required and BLS valid.

12 scheduled hours weekly with options for 24 or 48 hours per 6 weeks; experience in nursing and a strong teamwork mindset are essential to support a dynamic patient care environment.

Minimum Training and Education

Associate degree in nursing. Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least one year of experience as a Registered Nurse.

Required Licensure, Certifications, Registrations

Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state.

Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider. Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
