Job summary

Northshore Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide quality patient care within a collaborative team. The role emphasizes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care while coordinating activities with a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree, an active RN license (single-state or multistate), BLS certification, and 1–2 years of med-surg experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred).
• Current RN license (single-state or multi-state).
• BLS certification.
• 1–2 years of med-surg experience (highly preferred).
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
