Wellstar Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for MedSurg CDU on a part-time day shift (7am-7pm) at our Kennestone facility. You will apply the nursing process to deliver compassionate, evidence-based care and coordinate with the care team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma with a preferred Bachelor’s, an active RN license (single state or compact) and BLS.

Qualifications

• Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• RN license (single state) or compact license.
• BLS certification mandatory on hire.

Responsabilités

• Perform the Nursing Process through assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Provide patient-centered care sensitive to age, culture, and diversity.
• Collaborate with patients, families and care teams to set goals and plan care.
• Engage in performance improvement and ensure safety goals are met.
