Job description

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to provide exceptional patient care while collaborating with interdisciplinary team members. This position requires the utilization of the nursing process and adherence to approved nursing techniques, policies, and state laws.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to the established standards of care.
• Document patient care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute individualized patient plans of care as prescribed by the Physician.
• Participate in performance improvement activities within the department or unit.
• Provide clinical expertise to support patient care across various units/departments.
• Utilize critical thinking to enhance patient safety and experience, escalating concerns as necessary.

Schedule

This is a 12-hour day shift position, working from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with every other weekend and holiday required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current CPR/BLS Certification
