• Implementation: Administer medications, IV therapy, teach patients/families, document status and plan of care.
• Patient Care Coordination: Manage daily patient assignment and coordinate activities with other disciplines.
• Teaching and Quality Improvement: Document teaching and discharge plans, participate in education programs and clinical monitoring.
• Nurse Residency Program: Engage in program requirements and completion.
