Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and priorities for care through ongoing assessment.
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs, and evaluate outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for patient outcomes during the assigned shift.
