Huntsville Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to assess patient needs, plan and delegate care, and evaluate outcomes during the shift. You will collaborate with the care team to deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in a busy hospital setting.

Required is strong nursing education from an approved program, Alabama licensure, BLS, ACLS within one year, and experience preferred though new grads are welcome.

Qualifications

• Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure.
• Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
• BLS required before orientation; ACLS within one year of hire.

• Identify patient needs and priorities through assessment.
• Plan and delegate care based on patient needs.
• Evaluate patient responses and progress toward outcomes.
• Maintain accountability for patient care outcomes during the shift.
