Atrium Health Stanly is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Medical Telemetry unit. The role provides professional nursing care through assessment, planning, and evaluation under supervision, supporting evidence-based practices and maintaining patient safety.

New grads welcome; 36 hours/week with a sign-on bonus and eligible relocation assistance. The unit is a 27-bed Medical/Telemetry area offering opportunities for growth within a high-functioning team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• BSN preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) required per policy.

Responsibilities

• Collects data pertinent to the healthcare consumer's health or the situation.
• Analyzes the assessment data to determine diagnoses, problems, and issues.
• Identifies expected outcomes and develops plans to attain measurable outcomes.
• Implements the plan, coordinates care delivery, and ensures safe environment.
• Delivers compassionate, evidence-based nursing care in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Collaborates with patients and stakeholders to improve outcomes.
