Advocate Health's Weekend Program Days at Aurora St. Luke's in Milwaukee seeks novice and experienced RNs for a 28-bed Medical Telemetry Observation unit. New grads are welcome, with a focus on teamwork, patient safety, and high-quality care.

RNs will deliver care across the nursing process, using evidence-based practice, and collaborate to create the safest environment and best patient experience for diverse diagnoses and short-stay patients.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (American Heart Association).
• New grads are welcome to apply.
• Demonstrated interest and passion for nursing.
• Commitment to teamwork, communication, and ongoing professional growth.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Apply evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, and compassionate communication to ensure patient safety and excellent experience.
