Job summary

Southern Health Partners, Inc. is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC, and seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to help establish a strong clinical foundation from day one.

You will lead daily workflows, provide essential leadership coverage on a rotating schedule opposite the staff nurse, and support your nursing team to ensure consistent, high-quality patient care in a secure environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership coverage in a correctional healthcare setting.
• Autonomy to lead clinical teams and establish workflows.
• Ability to support nursing staff and ensure continuity of care.

Responsibilities
