Job summary

Southern Health Partners is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC, and seeks a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to help build a strong clinical foundation from the start.

You will lead daily workflows, support your nursing team, and set the tone for quality patient care in a secure, structured environment, with rotating schedules opposite the staff nurse.

Qualifications

• RN license required with leadership or management experience.
• Correctional healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to establish and improve clinical workflows in a new site.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily clinical workflows and support the nursing team.
• Establish and sustain quality patient care standards.
• Provide clinical oversight in a secure, structured facility.
• Coordinate with leadership to implement procedures on shift.
