Job summary

Southern Health Partners is launching healthcare services at Vance County Jail in Henderson, NC. We are seeking a Full Time Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator to build a strong clinical foundation from the ground up.

You will lead the nursing team, establish daily workflows, and set the tone for quality patient care in a secure environment. The role includes rotating schedules opposite the staff nurse, providing leadership coverage and operational autonomy.

Qualifications

• BSN or higher with RN license in NC.
• Experience with clinical leadership in secure environments.
• Ability to lead daily workflows and supervise staff.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
