Southern Health Partners Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to serve as the Medical Team Administrator at the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina.

The role emphasizes structure, autonomy, and making a meaningful impact in the delivery of correctional healthcare. The MTA will lead day-to-day operations and provide hands-on clinical support, ensuring high standards of care while coordinating with the SHP healthcare team.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in North Carolina.
• Experience in correctional healthcare preferred.
• Ability to lead a team with autonomy.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day healthcare operations within the facility.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the nursing team.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed.
• Coordinate patient assessments, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Communicate with facility leadership and SHP healthcare team.
• Support staff development, scheduling, and clinical performance.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment.
• Respond to staffing needs, including occasional night or weekend coverage when necessary.
