Qualifications

• Oversee delivery of healthcare services and provide clinical guidance to the nursing team.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed and ensure compliant, timely documentation.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing and coordinating daily healthcare operations.
• Providing clinical guidance and support to the nursing team.
• Delivering direct patient care as needed.
• Coordinating patient assessments, treatments, medications, and follow-up care.
• Ensuring compliance with established clinical policies and procedures.
• Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.
• Communicating with facility leadership and the SHP healthcare team.
• Supporting staff development, scheduling, and clinical performance.
• Helping maintain a safe, secure, and professional healthcare environment.
• Responding to staffing needs, including occasional night or weekend coverage when necessary.
