Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a Registered Nurse to serve as the Medical Team Administrator at the Cabarrus County Jail in North Carolina. This role focuses on overseeing day-to-day healthcare delivery, maintaining clinical standards, and coordinating with facility leadership.

You will supervise the nursing team, provide hands-on care when needed, ensure accurate medical documentation, and maintain policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Candidate must hold a valid RN license.
• Experience in healthcare administration or correctional settings is preferred.
• Ability to provide direct patient care when needed and supervise others.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily healthcare operations within the facility.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to the nursing team.
• Deliver direct patient care as needed.
• Coordinate patient assessments, treatments, and follow-up care.
• Ensure compliance with clinical policies and maintain medical documentation.
• Communicate with facility leadership and SHP healthcare team.
