Job summary

Southern Health Partners is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse Medical Team Administrator (RN MTA) to join our team at the Waushara County Jail in Wisconsin. This position combines hands-on nursing care with clinical leadership and daily operations support to the medical team.

The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with a chance to contribute to high-quality correctional healthcare in a structured setting and visibility as a clinical resource for

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Wisconsin.
• Correctional or clinical leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage daily operations and coordinate care.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee quality nursing care for patients in the correctional healthcare setting.
• Coordinate and support the daily operations of the medical team.
• Perform nursing assessments, treatments, medication administration, and other clinical duties as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff to ensure continuity and quality of care.
• Help maintain compliance with applicable healthcare standards, policies, and procedures.
• Assist with documentation, communication, and coordination of patient care.
• Serve as a clinical resource and leader for the healthcare team.
