Whitman Hospital and Medical Clinics is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for the day shift in Washington. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, and monitor patient progress in a collaborative hospital setting.

The role requires an active WA RN license and current BLS; ACLS/PALS/TNCC within six months of hire. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

Competenze

• Implement provider orders and communicate changes in patient condition to appropriate nursing and medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation, update care plans, and evaluate patient response to care.
• Educate patients and families regarding illness, treatment plans, discharge plans, and health care instructions.
• Promote patient privacy, confidentiality, safety, infection prevention, and compliance with hospital policies.

The RN follows provider orders, hospital policies, infection control practices, and confidentiality requirements while delivering care in a clinical environment.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
• Previous hospital experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position is performed primarily in a clinical environment and requires the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push or pull over 50 pounds, and frequently bend, twist, squat, reach, sit, stand, and walk. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

Position Details

• Hours per week: 12
• Employee Status: Part-Time
• 1 Shift: Day Shift (United States of America)
• Pay Range: $39.00 - $68.25 Actual pay offered will vary based on years of experience.
