Job summary

Henry Ford Health in Warren, MI is seeking an RN for Medical/Surgical Telemetry on a full-time night shift. You will provide leadership in coordinating patient care and utilize the nursing process to plan, implement, and evaluate care for patients and families.

The role requires coordinating with the healthcare team, delegating and supervising care, and communicating essential information to ensure optimal outcomes. A sign-on bonus is available for FT nights.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
• Health care provider certification (BCLS).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality, compassionate patient care.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and their families.
• Effectively communicate pertinent patient/family information to the healthcare team.
• Participate in finding solutions for variances from patient goals and ensure implementation of solutions.
