HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced hospital setting in Colorado. You will collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, high-quality care and advocate for patients, families, and caregivers throughout the care continuum.

Responsibilities include initial patient assessment, administering medications, timely documentation, and educating patients about their condition, treatment plan, and follow-up steps.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• RN license for Colorado DORA or multi-state preferred.
• Associate degree or RN diploma required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Responsabilités

• Assess patient condition at admission and during shifts.
• Administer medications and document care in medical records.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and educate patients and families.
