HSHS Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Medical/Surgical unit on a PRN/variable schedule. The ideal candidate provides compassionate, high-quality care to our sickest patients and collaborates with the care team.

Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program and hold RN licensure; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. BLS certification is required and Wisconsin compact licensure may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and state licensure required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in healthcare preferred.
• BLS certification required. Wisconsin compact licensure rules may apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to coordinate care.
• Address the needs of sick and vulnerable patients and their families with empathy.
• Maintain accurate and compliant patient documentation and records.
