Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) seeks a Registered Nurse to join our Medical Surgical unit at Good Shepherd Hospital in Shelbyville, IL. This part-time role offers 24 hours per week with a 7:00 PM–7:00 AM schedule and weekend rotation.

The ideal candidate is licensed as an RN in the state of practice; a BSN is preferred and BLS certification is required. Healthcare experience is preferred. Pay ranges from $32.00 to $48.30 per hour and actual rate depends on experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited and approved school of nursing accepted for licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing is preferred.
• Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in state of practice is required.
• Wisconsin: RNs may practice with a valid multi-state RN license as outlined in the Nurse Licensure Compact rules.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
• Experience in healthcare is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Care for sickest and most vulnerable patients on the Medical Surgical unit.
• Provide high-quality medical care with a compassionate presence.
