Job summary

Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for a 36-bed Medical-Surgical Unit at 4 West and related departments. The RN will assess patients, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for individuals and families, ensuring high-quality, safe care and adherence to hospital policies.

Responsibilities include leading in a professional practice setting, mentoring staff, delegating tasks appropriately, and participating in quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Certification in area of specialty preferred.
