Job summary

The VIOS Clinic in Missouri is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for a Medical/Surgical unit to provide comprehensive patient care using the nursing process. You will assess care needs, coordinate with departments, and advocate for patient rights.

Seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for a Med/Surg unit to provide comprehensive patient care utilizing the nursing process. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program with active RN licensure (state-specific or compact)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS (or within 30 days of hire), and unit-specific certifications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand/walk for extended periods, and perform physical tasks such as bending and kneeling

Key Duties

• Provide patient-centered care for diverse cases including GI, Oncology, Post-Op, COPD, Pneumonia, UTI, and wound care
• Support a 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratio with assistance from Patient Care Associates
• Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and adhere to standards and mission
