Central Carolina Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical/Surgical unit in Moncure, NC. This full-time day position offers a commitment incentive of up to $20,000 for qualified candidates.

Position Summary:

The Med/Surg RN will provide direct and indirect patient care, utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. The role involves meeting the physical, psychosocial, religious/cultural needs of patients and their families, and communicating effectively with the healthcare team regarding patient conditions and responses to treatment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Education: Associate degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• License: Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a compact state
• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association required
• One year of healthcare experience preferred
