• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and monitor patients as ordered, document care in the medical record, and administer medications.
• Provide exceptional care by promptly responding to patient requests and anticipating needs.
• Educate patients and families about the condition, treatment plan, medications and follow-up steps.
