Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start date.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient’s condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes.
• Perform procedures and monitor care as ordered, with thorough documentation.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor therapeutic response.
• Respond promptly to patient requests and anticipate needs.
• Educate patients and families about condition, treatment, meds, side effects, and follow-up.
