Job summary

Summa Health is hiring an RN for the H5 Medical Surgical Unit. This full-time position requires 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and every other weekend/holiday coverage. The unit cares for post-surgical patients in a 36-bed setting.

There is a $5/hr night shift differential and $1/hr weekend differential, along with a 12-month nurse residency for new grads. Summa Health offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• ADN required; BSN preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• ACLS/BLS certification as required for unit.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate nursing care for post-surgical patients.
• Utilize nursing judgment with evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and outcomes.
