Allegheny Health Network's Jefferson Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Progressive Care Unit in Jefferson Hills. The unit features 28 beds with capabilities for high-level cardiac monitoring and integrated patient care for respiratory failure and heart failure patients.

Qualifications

• Current PA RN licensure in good standing or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• RN licensure required to practice in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated commitment to nursing excellence and patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to evaluate and improve patient care.
• Performs nursing assessments, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care plans.
• Ensures patient safety and accuracy of documentation; adheres to hospital policies.
• Mentors and supports other staff; participates in quality initiatives and education.
