Allegheny Health Network is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 5 South Medical Progressive Care unit at Jefferson Hospital. The RN will provide leadership, coordinate patient care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patients with complex conditions including respiratory and cardiac issues.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure in PA or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.
• CPR certification and hospital/clinical competencies as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing leadership in a professional practice setting.
• Delivers comprehensive patient care for medical progressive care patients.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe and effective care.
• Monitors patient condition and responds to changes in status in a timely manner.
• Ensures compliance with hospital policies and patient safety initiatives.
