Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Current State of PA RN licensure OR Current multi-state licensure through the enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact (eNLC).
• CPR certification required.
• Compliance with background and clearance requirements, confidentiality, and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership in a professional practice setting within the cardiac progressive care unit.
• Coordinates care with interdisciplinary team and mentors junior staff.
• Ensures patient safety and adherence to standards and policies.
• Assesses patient condition and communicates changes to physicians and supervisors.
• Maintains accurate documentation and supports quality improvement initiatives.
