Job summary

Corewell Health in Dearborn seeks an experienced RN for the 3 North Progressive Care Unit. The role delivers professional nursing care using the nursing process, prioritizing patient-family centered planning and discharge planning, under Nurse Leader guidance.

Qualifications include an RN license in Michigan, BLS, ACLS within 6 months, and a Bachelor’s in Nursing within 5 years. Inpatient care experience is preferred, with a strong emphasis on quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• BLS from recognized organization required upon hire.
• ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
• Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
• Direct inpatient care experience preferred.
• Preferred 1 year of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Utilize nursing process to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and discharge.
• Provide patient-family centered care.
• Document education and learning in health records.
• Coordinate with Nurse Leader and care team to optimize outcomes.
