Saint Luke’s East is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Tier I Float Pool, floating to Medical Intermediate units across Saint Luke’s East. The role is full-time with 36 hours weekly, nights.

The Medical Intermediate Float Pool offers experience across units with multidisciplinary teams and supportive leadership. Requirements include 1 year of RN experience and an Associate Degree; BLS certification is also required.

Qualifications

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Performs patient care tasks and delegates to other staff.
• Supervises other patient care staff and coordinates care with health team.

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to deliver patient care.
• Coordinate plan of care for assigned patients and consult with health team when indicated.
• Supervise and delegate patient care tasks to team members while ensuring policy adherence.
