Job summary

Saint Luke's East is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join the Tier I Float Pool, floating to medical intermediate units at Saint Luke's East. Part-time, 24 hours, days, with opportunities to work across units and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams under supportive leadership.

Responsibilities include utilizing the nursing process, providing direct patient care, supervising staff, and coordinating care plans with the team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1 year of applicable nursing experience.
• Basic Life Support certification (AHA or Red Cross).
• Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to plan and provide patient care.
• Supervise other patient care staff and delegate tasks.
• Coordinate the plan of care for assigned patients and consult with the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
