Western Reserve Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Medical Floor on a full-time 36-hour per week schedule, 7a–7p, on-site in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Eligible for a retention bonus of up to $15,000. BLS required initially with ACLS within 180 days of hire.

The role involves delivering, coordinating and delegating nursing care, while managing resources to support patients, families and the community toward optimum health. On-site work with weekend rotation and holiday coverage.

Competenze

• Diploma or better in Nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• RN License and BLS CPR required.
• ACLS must be obtained within 180 days of hire.

Description

Guided by knowledge of the basic principles of nursing based on the biological, physical, and psycho-social sciences, utilizes judgment supported by evidence and nursing theory in the delivery of nursing care.
