Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (BSN preferred).
• Current Registered Nurse License in Virginia or Current Multistate Compact License.
• 1 year of medical surgical nursing experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess the patient's condition during admission and each scheduled shift.
• Perform procedures as ordered and document care administration.
• Educate patients and families about their medical condition and treatment.
