Job summary

Southcoast Health System is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Tele Department at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. Shift: Evening/Night, 7:15pm–7:15am with weekend and holiday rotation; Hours: 36 per week.

You will coordinate nursing care and provide patient and family teaching while collaborating with the healthcare team. Requirements include MA RN licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree; vaccination against flu and COVID-19 (or approved exemption) is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt with a signed exemption.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients on the Med/Tele unit.
• Participate in patient and family teaching and support.
• Collaborate with ancillary nursing and patient team members to maintain professional standards.
