Job summary

Southcoast Health is seeking a talented Registered Nurse for the Endoscopy unit at Charlton Memorial Hospital in Fall River, MA. The role features a 32-hour work week with flexible shifts and on-call rotation, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays, with start times between 6:15am and 9:00am.

You will provide total nursing care, patient/family teaching, and collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing or equivalent is required.
• Current RN Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts is required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is also required.
• Three (3) months experience is preferred.
• Endo, Periop or Critical Care experience preferred.
• Must be fully vaccinated against seasonal Influenza and the COVID-19 virus or be exempt by signing a statement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients and participate in patient and family teaching.
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice within the assigned patient care unit.
