Southcoast Health is seeking a Receptionist for the Charlton Memorial Hospital campus in Fall River, MA. The role covers an evening shift from 2:45pm to 8:15pm with weekend and holiday rotation. You will greet visitors, answer calls, manage desk paperwork, and support volunteers as part of a patient-centered healthcare team.

Qualifications

• High school education is preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good typing and computer skills.

• MOAB de-escalation training within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer routine questions.
• Answer the phone and transfer callers appropriately.
• Maintain records and process paperwork for the information desk.
• Stock supplies and guide volunteers.
