Job summary

CHI St. Anthony Hospital in Pendleton, Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care across the patient care continuum.

You will perform assessments, develop and execute individualized care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and safety. The role requires an Oregon RN license, BLS, and ACLS/PALS within six months of hire, with preferred BSN.

Qualifications

• Current Oregon RN license
• Current BLS certification
• ACLS within 6 months of hire
• PALS within 6 months of hire

Responsibilities

• Continuously and systematically assesses the patient, prioritizing care based on assessment data.
• Initiates and maintains an individual plan of care to address patient problems or needs.
• Collaborates with patient, family, and care team to coordinate discharge and transfer needs.
• Prioritizes and performs interventions for stabilization of trauma patients.
• Performs triage and directs patient interventions as needed.
• Participates in patient and family teaching and education.
