Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continuously assesses patient health and prioritizes care based on assessment
• Develops and maintains an individualized plan of care
• Coordinates discharge/transfer needs with patient, family, and care team
• Prioritizes and performs interventions for trauma stabilization
• Performs triage and necessary patient interventions
• Participates in patient and family teaching
