Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift in Montana. The role involves assessing, planning, and providing high-quality care on a 26-bed medical floor, focusing on respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis patients as well as observation cases.

The RN will supervise LPNs/CNAs, participate in care conferences, and ensure compliance with care guidelines while maintaining exceptional patient and family-centered care. A sign-on bonus of up to $15,000 may apply.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program is required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license is required.
• BLS certification must be obtained prior to or on hire.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to achieve patient-focused outcomes.
• Follow hospital policies, procedures and regulatory guidelines.
