Job summary

Intermountain Health in Butte, MT is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time night shift on the medical floor. The unit cares for adults with respiratory, cardiac, and sepsis diagnoses, plus observation patients. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care and coordinate with LPNs/CNAs.

Requirements include a BSN within 4 years (or 15 years acute care), Montana RN license, and BLS. Optional: National Certification. A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 may be offered where applicable.

Qualifications

• BSN required within 4 years unless 15 years of acute care service.
• Current Montana RN license is required.
• BLS certification at hire.
• Preferred: National Certification in area of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Oversee care delivered by LPNs and CNAs.
• Participate in clinical team conferences and coordinate with health team.
• Follow hospital policies and documentation guidelines.
• Lift and assist with patient mobility and transport.
