Job summary

AdventHealth in Minneola, FL is seeking a registered nurse to join our Night shift team. This full-time role offers a 36-hour schedule with day and night rotations, opportunities for clinical ladder growth, and salary range provided.

You will assess patients, develop care plans, administer medications, educate families, coordinate with staff, and document care per hospital standards. Requires RN license and ADN; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

RN license is required.
CPR/BLS certification required.
Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors.
Develop and implement individualized care plans, evaluating and revising as necessary.
Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor for adverse reactions.
Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, and self-care.
Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate and optimize patient care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient information, care activities, interventions, and outcomes.
