Looyola University Medical Center (Loyola Medicine) seeks an RN for a 12-hour day shift on 3NW General Medicine. The nurse will care for patients with heart failure, GI bleed, COPD, and other conditions, performing wound care, line management and bedside procedures.

Requirements include a BSN or ADN, Illinois RN license, and BLS. Pay ranges are provided for BSN and ADN tracks. Loyola emphasizes growth, tuition reimbursement, and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited school of nursing is required (BSN or ADN).
• BLS Provider certification required prior to hire.
• Illinois RN license prior to hire.
• Experience in Med Surg/Telemetry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care on a 34-bed 3NW General Medicine unit with diverse diagnoses.
• Perform trach care, dressing changes, and monitor lines as needed.
• Collaborate with team to deliver patient-centered care and safety.
