Job summary

Pacer Group is seeking an RN for a contract, on-site role in Plymouth, MA. This float pool position covers Medical-Surgical telemetry floors and overflow units as needed.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of Med/Surg Telemetry experience and must pass onboarding ECG/Tele and medications tests. The position requires staying for onboarding and meeting a 48-hour onboarding timeline.

Responsibilities

• Float to MS Tele floors as needed.

Job Title: RN Medical Surgical/Telemetry

Location: Plymouth, MA 02360.

Work Arrangement: On-site.

Employment Type: Contract.

Pay Rate: $2,500/week.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

• FLOAT POOL POSITION - will float to all MS TELE floors as needed.
• Will be expected to float to units and to overflow areas.
• At least 2 years of Med Surg Telemetry experience and able to pass the Telemetry Competency Exam.
• Pass/Fail ECG/Tele Test and Medications Test during Onboarding - Only 1 attempt to pass.
• Dysrhythmia and Medication tests will be administered via Zoom Protector meeting before assignment.
• We need RN's to test within 48 hrs of offer. 85% is the passing score; there is no opportunity for remediation or re-sit, so we suggest RN's prepare for the test.
