RN Med Surg Tele Full Time Nights Position Summary

This role provides direct clinical patient care. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and implementing care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis and at the unit level. The role also involves supervising staff to whom care is delegated. The RN is accountable for supporting the CNO in ensuring high-quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, maintaining staff competency, and managing resources effectively related to patient care.

Education

Required: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.

Preferred: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's degree).

Certification

Required: Current license, certification, or registration to practice as required by law, regulation, or policy in the state of practice. CPR certification.
