Southcoast Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Med/Surg unit at Tobey Hospital in Wareham, MA. Shift: night, 11:15pm–7:15am, 32 hours per week with weekend/holiday rotation.
SK3 is a 21-bed unit serving bariatric, orthopedic, general, gynecologic, and plastic surgery patients with telemetry monitoring. Responsibilities include coordinating nursing care, teaching patients and families, and providing leadership within a multidisciplinary team.

SK3 is a21 bed surgical unit specializing in the care ofpost-operative patients.The patient population includes patients undergoing Bariatric surgery, Orthopedic surgery,General surgery,Gyn surgery, andPlastic surgery. SK3 prides itself in providing excellent patient care using a multidisciplinary approach. We also provide Telemetry monitoring.

Under direction of the Manager, Patient Services or Designee of individual assigned unit, perform a variety of duties involving coordinating total nursing care for patients, participating in patient and family teaching and providing leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice within an assigned patient care unit. Has knowledge and skills necessary to provide care, which is appropriate to the age group of patient regularly, served.
Compensation: Pay rate will be determined based on level of experience.
USD $40.35 - USD $71.76 /Hr.
