Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Maryland RN license or eligible.

• Minimum of 1 year RN experience.
• AHA BLS certification required at hire.
• PALS, ACLS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide unit-based nursing care and apply evidence-based practice.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to plan and coordinate care.
• Act as clinical resource and mentor peers as needed.
• Support NSQI initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure safe, patient-centered care and participate in team decisions.
• Adapt to unit operations and Healthy Work Environment guidelines.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
