Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care using the nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings accurately.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to develop and evaluate care plans.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions.
• Educates patients and families on conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control, safety standards, and regulatory compliance.
• Documents care promptly in the medical record and participates in quality initiatives.
• Maintains regular attendance and adheres to policies.
